Gold Seal Lessons for Rigor and Relevance - 9-12

Our original collection, Using Gold Seal Lessons to Improve Instruction, is widely used by schools across America. In response to requests for more lessons, each of these kits contains all-new, level-specific lessons,designed by classroom practitioners for Quadrant D learning on the Rigor/Relevance Framework. Each kit offers 120 unique lessons in print and on CD:

• 30 each in English, math, science,
  and social studies
  
• based on core academic standards and crosswalked to the
  National Essential Skills Study (NESS)
  
• suggested strategies to engage and support English language
  learners (ELL) in the mainstream classroom
  
• performance tasks and scoring guides to share with students
  

The CD is organized by subject and by essentials skills to aid in matching lessons to state standards.
