Career and Technical Education for College and Career Readiness — Convergence of Academics and CTE

An application-rich CTE classroom that is strong in academics can improve America’s global competitiveness by building a highly skilled workforce for today and tomorrow. To do this, CTE educators and administrators must be proactive, finding ways to engage students and prepare them for postsecondary education. This resource kit demonstrates the important role of CTE in school improvement and how CTE programs can contribute to increased student achievement. The kit:
