Leadership Through Empowerment — Quadrant D Leadership Practices

By defining leadership as the disposition to act, a school leader can share traditional power with others. Empowerment increases leadership density and sets the stage for more work in Quadrant D Leadership. Central to the development of empowerment are communications, information, and trust. Empowerment is a critical requirement for continuous improvement, so that with every change in leadership, the system does not reset to the past. The kit describes:
